Final interviews In order to assess the appropriateness of the candidate to the job, we will conduct an interview in which we will review the candidate's career, his professional achievements and personal skills and job skills.

Test Management In addition to the usual method of selection and always depending on the required profile and the vacancy in the client company, candidates will be evaluated through various tests.

References If requested by the customer and after approval by the candidate, will make a decision of references in companies where the candidate previously worked excluding your current employer.

Final Reports Based on interviews and tests, the consultant will prepare a report determining the adequacy of the candidate for the post according to the specifications given by the client.

The report contains:
Aspects related to their training and professional background.
Assessment of skills depending on the position to play.
